Introduction
We’re continuing our journey through the Disney Cruise Line fleet, one magical ship at a time. So far, we’ve explored the Disney Treasure (Part 1 and Part 2) and the Disney Wish (Part 1 and Part 2). Now it’s time to continue our dive into the Disney Fantasy. If you haven’t read Part 1 yet, be sure to check it out here.
A quick note: The Disney Fantasy is scheduled to enter dry dock at the end of September 2025 until the beginning of November 2025. During this time, exciting updates are planned including the debut of Ramone’s Cantina, enhancements to Senses Spa, and a brand new Hercules inspired concierge lounge.
As a sister ship to the Disney Dream, the Fantasy first set sail in 2012 and continues to be a fan favorite.
Pools and Water Features
There’s no shortage of splash-tastic fun aboard the Disney Fantasy, with water experiences designed for every age and vibe. Most of the action happens on Deck 11, where you’ll find Mickey’s Pool which is perfect for kids with its shallow design and fun slide. Donald’s Pool for family lounging and movies under the sun. The shaded and toddler-friendly Nemo’s Reef splash zone. Plus the serene, adults-only Quiet Cove Pool for a peaceful recharge. Deck 12 holds the entrance to AquaDuck, the thrilling water coaster that wraps around the ship. The imaginative AquaLab splash zone designed by Donald’s mischievous nephews. Lastly, the Funnel Puddle, a mellow spot ideal for little ones to splash while grownups kick back. For those seeking a true escape, head to Deck 13 and unwind at Satellite Falls, an adult-exclusive retreat featuring a circular splash zone and a cascading water dome.
