The Disney Wonder

Introduction
While you’re likely here from Part one of this complete guide of the Disney Wonder, we are continuing our journey through the Disney Cruise Line Fleet.
From Steamboat Willie proudly posed on the bow to Donald Duck hilariously hanging on for dear life at the stern, this ship is truly… Wonder-ful. Is that pun overused? Absolutely. Am I still going to say it every time I talk about this ship? Also yes.
The Disney Wonder made her maiden voyage back in 1999, and she’s been delighting guests ever since. With Ariel welcoming you into the grand atrium, you’ll find nods to The Little Mermaid woven throughout the ship. This ship has a charming, classic feel and is often considered a fan favorite for good reason.
Pools and Water Features
The Disney Wonder makes a splash with water fun for everyone in the family. Families can head to Goofy’s Pool, located midship on Deck 9, where you’ll find two whirlpool spas and a great view of Funnel Vision for movies under the sun. Just around the corner, the Twist ‘n’ Spout waterslide adds a swirl of excitement for kids (and kids at heart), while AquaLab offers a splashy play zone with interactive elements and peekaboo ocean views through a clear tube slide that loops along the deck.
Tiny cruisers under 3 will love Dory’s Reef, a shaded, splashy play area inspired by Finding Nemo, with gentle fountains perfect for wobbly walkers and crawlers. And for the grown-ups? The Quiet Cove Pool is an adults-only oasis on Deck 9 with two whirlpool spas, a peaceful atmosphere, and plenty of space to unwind with a cocktail in hand without a child in sight.

Shows – The Walt Disney Theater
Frozen: A Musical Spectacular
Experience the magic of Frozen live on stage. Complete with whimsical puppetry, dynamic projections, and fan-favorite songs like “Let It Go.” This production originally debuted on the Wonder and brings Arendelle to life with Broadway-style flair. Plus, yes, real snow magic!

Disney Dreams

The Golden Mickeys
Roll out the red carpet for this awards-style spectacular, where Disney characters compete in categories like heroism, magic, and romance . Complete with a glamorous red carpet entrance and appearances by Mickey & Friends, this show is a dazzling celebration of Disney’s cinematic legacy and a crowd favorite.

Entertainment Lounges
Azure
Tucked into the After Hours, this is your go-to spot when the sun goes down. With ocean-inspired decor, this venue brings serious under-the-sea vibes. By day, you’ll find family-friendly trivia and live entertainment. By night, it transforms into a chic lounge with live music, cocktails, and a grown-up atmosphere perfect for unwinding after dinner.
D Lounge
Located at the heart of the action, D Lounge is the hub for all kinds of family fun. With plenty of comfy seating and a central stage, this is where you’ll find everything from lively trivia games and family karaoke to the popular ‘Anyone Can Cook class’. It’s the perfect place to relax, laugh, and make core memories together.
Cadillac Lounge
Step into a slice of 1950s Hollywood glam at this sleek adults-only hideaway tucked in the After Hours district of the Disney Wonder. With chrome accents, leather upholstery, and nods to classic cars everywhere you look. Sip a martini, settle into a car seat-inspired booth, and enjoy live piano music. It’s the perfect spot for a nightcap.

Movie Magic At Sea
Did you know you can watch brand-new movies at sea? On the Disney Wonder, the Walt Disney Theatre often shows first-run Disney movies. Sometimes even on the exact day they’re released in theaters on land. And if you’re more in the mood for a classic, the Buena Vista Theatre has you covered with Disney favorites playing throughout the day. Sailing during a themed itinerary like Halloween on the High Seas or a Very Merrytime Cruise? You can even catch festive flicks to match the season. Pajamas, popcorn, and a Disney movie… what more could you need?

Youth Clubs – Adventure for Every Age
“its a small world” Nursey | Deck 5
If you’re cruising with a little one under 3, this is your go-to spot for a bit of peace (for both of you!). Think toys, snuggly nap spots, and sweet Cast Members who treat your baby like their own. Since this is the only paid childcare option on board, space is super limited. Make it a priority to swing by on Day 1 to get registered!
Disney Oceaneers Club & Lab | Deck 5
Kids’ imaginations take the wheel! For your 3 -12 year old. In Andy’s Room, little ones can zoom down the Slinky Dog slide and hang out with Woody and Jessie. The Marvel Super Hero Academy is a high-tech playground where kids can dive into crafts, games, and superhero training, all inspired by their favorite Marvel heroes.
For the younger crew, Disney Junior brings all the beloved characters and easy crafts for a perfect introduction to the club. At Frozen Adventures, Anna, Elsa, and Olaf make sure every day is filled with music and games. Superhero training starts with Captain America’s Super Hero 101, where kids learn what it takes to be a hero (check the schedule on the Disney Navigator app). Fans of speed can join Mickey’s Roadster Racers to build and race their own roadster for the Cruise Line Cup. And for the brave, Join the Lion Guard offers a chance to train alongside Simba’s elite! Be sure to check the app once onboard for showtimes and special activities.
Edge | Deck 9
A place for your tween (11-14) to watch movies, play games, and make new friends. Stocked with the video games and tech to keep them busy from 10 am to 1 am.
Vibe | Deck 11

There’s a smoothie and coffee bar for mid-day pick-me-ups, and plenty of ways to stay entertained. Karaoke, dance parties, video games, group challenges, and more. Whether your teen wants to make new friends or just lounge in a space that feels their own, Vibe gives them the freedom to have fun while Disney’s amazing youth counselors keep everything running smoothly.
1820 Society | Ages 18 – 20
Not quite teens, not quite drinking age—the 1820 Society is Disney Cruise Line’s way of making sure that 18- to 20-year-olds have their own space to connect and have fun. This low-key, unofficial group doesn’t have a dedicated lounge, but you’ll find meetups listed in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you’re onboard.

Grooming & Wellness

Book one of the private couples’ spa villas for the ultimate “treat yourself” moment.
Senses Fitness Center | Deck 9
