Planning a trip to Universal Orlando Resort? Choosing the right hotel can make all the difference in your vacation. With the opening of Epic Universe nearing closer every day, Universal Orlando has recently restructured its hotel options. Now they are split into three tiers: Signature Collection, Prime Value, and Value Inns and Suites. Each tier offers unique perks, price points, and proximity to the parks. One of the biggest benefits of staying on property at a Universal Orlando hotel is early park admission. This allows guests to enter the parks before the general public. Additionally, guests staying at Loews Royal Pacific, Loews Portofino Bay, and the Hard Rock Hotel receive Universal Express Pass Unlimited included with the cost of their hotel stay. This is a huge benefit, as it allows bypassing the standby queues in both Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure.
As of now, Epic Universe does not have an Express Pass option, but we will keep you up to date if that changes. Let’s break down each hotel tier and what makes these resorts worth the stay!

Signature Collection Hotels
For those looking for a luxurious and immersive experience, Universal’s Signature Collection offers deluxe accommodations, exciting theming, and the top tier perks. Only guests staying at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel, and Loews Royal Pacific Resort receive Universal Express Pass Unlimited included with their resort stay, valid from check-in through check-out day. These resorts also boast top-tier dining, theming, and resort-style pools.
Loews Portofino Bay Hotel

Guests can enjoy a romantic evening at Mama Della’s Ristorante, sip wine by the bay, or unwind at the serene Mandara Spa. It’s the ultimate retreat for couples and anyone looking to add a little European elegance to their Universal vacation.
Hard Rock Hotel
